Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town of Hay River Board of Supervisors will be present for a Wisconsin Towns Association District Meeting on Saturday, March 7th, 2026. The meeting will be held at The Florian Gardens Conference Center, 2340 Lorch Ave, Eau Claire, WI, from 8am-4pm. Additionally, the Supervisors may elect to travel together to and from the meeting.

While no Town of Hay River business will be discussed or acted upon, this notice is being posted to comply with Wisconsin Open Meetings Law which requires public notice to be given when a quorum of a governmental body may be gathered together.
