NOTICE OF BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING & SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. at the Hay River Town Hall, (E4105 1130th Avenue, Boyceville, WI) a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2027 Budget of the Town of Hay River will be held. A physical copy of the proposed budget summary is posted in the Town Hall bulletin board, at the Boyceville Post Office, at People’s State Bank in Boyceville, and on the official Town website: hayrivertownship.gov. The budget in detail is available for review by appointment with the Clerk.
Notice is further given that on Monday, November 9, 2026, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing of the Proposed 2027 Budget, a Special Town Meeting of the Electors pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of WI Statutes by the Town Board will be held to adopt the 2026 Town Tax Levy to be paid in 2027 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of WI Statutes.
